Planning a wedding is a lot of time and effort! Part of what makes our couples love working with us is the personalized guidance and ease we provide them, making their wedding day effortless, enjoyable, and memorable.
Capturing effortless and elegant images doesn’t happen by mistake. It is through creating personalized connections with each of our couples that allows us to capture their vision and the essence of who they are. We do this by providing timeline guidance, paying attention to the small details, and getting to know what your vision is through a 1-1 consultation process. We take your vision and merge it with our expertise, allowing you to be present on your big day to enjoy the celebration.
Below you can find a complete guide for what you can expect from us from the moment you contact us until you get your beautiful images delivered to you in your online gallery. From our first consultation to the final delivery of your stunning images, we will provide unparalleled attention to detail at every step of the process and to every image that we capture. With our unique blend of artistic vision and technical skill, your wedding photos will be transformed into works of art.

Start by filling out the inquiry form and tell us a little bit about yourself! We’d love to hear about your love story, when your wedding is planned for, if you have a venue yet, and what the vision & inspiration is for your wedding day.
BOOK YOUR DAY
If we’re a good fit for each other, the next step is to sign the digital contract that we send your way and send your deposit to secure your wedding date. Then the day is yours and you’re all set!

ENGAGEMENT SHOOT
Engagement sessions are available as an optional addition to your wedding photography. These sessions are a meaningful way for us to get to know each other before the wedding day, helping you feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera while creating beautiful, timeless images from this season of your story.
WEDDING TIMELINE
Once you begin finalizing the details for your wedding day, we work on creating your wedding photography timeline. We ask you questions like, “Do you want a first look, or do you want the first time you see each other to be when you walk down the aisle?” We get to know from you how you want your day to feel by asking questions, and from there we help you craft your wedding timeline making sure we don’t leave out any important moments of the day.

WEDDING DAY
We arrive early at the wedding venue to scope out the locations where your photos will take place. Then we’ll spend the day with you capturing cherished moments that will last a lifetime! We’re here for you! We’ll be your biggest cheerleaders and work hard to make your day as stress-free as possible. We might also check in to see how you’re doing and if you’re drinking enough water and eating enough snacks. We’re professional wedding dress fluffers and train carriers too.
SNEAK PEEKS
We deliver a gallery of 50+ images of the highlights from your special day within two weeks after your wedding. That way you can enjoy your time on your honeymoon and be welcomed home with your beautiful images. Plus, now you have something to post when your relationship status changes from engaged to MARRIED!

WEDDING GALLERY
Once we’ve worked our magic and finish editing all your beautiful images, you’ll receive a link to your online gallery with all of the edited, high-resolution photos organized clearly and efficiently. All images are available for download at your convenience!
WEDDING ALBUMS
Take the next step and make a wedding album of your special day that you and your family can flip through to remember you day. Don’t let all of those memories remain hidden online. Once you receive your complete wedding gallery, you can select the highlights from your day and we’ll craft a wedding album for you that can be passed down to generations to come.

Like many of our couples, you may feel anxious about how you’ll feel in front of the camera. The number one concern we hear is, “We’re awkward in front of a camera” and “We don’t know how to pose ourselves.” We totally get that, you’re not having professional photos taken of you regularly, and we’ve already factored all of that into our style and approach.
We provide gentle guidance to our couples, guiding you into natural and intuitive poses that look elegant and romantic, and that capture the essence of who you are as a couple. We use simple prompts and directions to give you something to focus on, while also leaving room for spontaneity, and we capture the genuine moments as they unfold before our eyes. This helps couples feel comfortable and at ease and makes the process simple and easy. We like to also keep things lighthearted and fun, and our focus is always on you, making sure you’re having a great time and that you’re feeling good. We strive to make the process effortless, so you can be fully present and have fun, and enjoy every moment of your special day.
